The problem

You have everything. Except the offence.

Products, prices, inventory, delivery: you have what it takes to serve contractors. But sales wait at the counter, and projects get decided on the jobsite.

The problem isn't the offer. It's field presence.

Reactive

The customer comes to the counter

You quote what walks in

The account grows by chance

Proactive

We go to the jobsite

We spot projects before tender

The account grows by method

What MOD does for you

Ten levers. One objective: more professional sales.

The method

From first contact to recurring account.

Four steps per account, documented in our CRM. Monthly report on your territory.

  1. Targeting and prospecting

The contractors that matter in your territory, met on the jobsite.

  2. Project and solution

Spotted before tender. The right products, the right quantities.

  3. Quote and order

Coordinated with your team, defended in the field. The sale closes with you.

  4. Recurring account

Next project, repeat purchase, bigger basket.

A lead is a name. An account is a customer. MOD doesn't sell names.

Two ways to work with MOD

Start with no commitment. Sign when the results are there.

Partner is the entry door: MOD routes orders to you. Exclusive mandate is the destination: the territory and the accounts developed are reserved for you. No fixed fees either way.

Accounts belong to MOD in both modes. The contract gives you exclusivity.

We say this too: MOD acts as an outside buyer for contractors in areas without an exclusive mandate. On an exclusive mandate, your territory is reserved for you.

Why MOD

Salespeople who know the jobsite.

Construction expertise

We talk materials, methods and schedules with the contractor. No translation needed.

Up and running fast, no fixed cost

No recruiting, salary or vehicle. Field presence now.

Paid on margin

MOD is paid on the gross margin it generates, not on volume. A sale at a loss pays no one.

When volume grows, MOD grows with you: one more rep on the territory, no hiring on your side. About → · Services in detail →

Frequently asked questions

What we're asked before signing.

Partner or exclusive mandate?

Partner: no commitment, MOD works under its own banner and routes orders to you for a commission. Exclusive mandate: reserved territory and accounts, your banner, monthly report, 6-month trial then 24 months. Most start as Partner.

Does MOD represent my competitors?

On an exclusive mandate, no: one dealer per territory. As a Partner, yes: each project goes to the best-placed partner. That's what the mandate changes.

Who owns the contractor relationship?

MOD, in both modes. The mandate gives you exclusivity: during the contract, those accounts are developed for you alone and their orders go to you.

What about my existing accounts?

They stay yours, with no commission. Exception: a dormant account MOD reactivates becomes a MOD account. The list is set at signing.

How is MOD paid?

Commission on the gross margin of net sales to MOD accounts, repeat orders included. No fixed fees. Rates are discussed in a meeting, not on a website.

What if we stop?

Orders placed before the end, and those in the following 90 days, remain commissioned. Nothing else.
