Our vision · In development

Find out where your jobsites could save time.

Beyond material prices: the total cost of getting the job done. Purchasing, product choices, tooling, methods. A 10–15 minute conversation to spot 2 or 3 leads in your trade. No audit, no quantified promise.

The journey

It starts with a list. It can go further.

The free journey remains the main offer. Nothing depends on a subscription.

1 · Now · Free

First price request

You send a list. We consult up to three dealers, compare, you choose.

2 · Now · Free

Purchasing support

Request after request: grouping volumes where possible, spotting relevant alternatives, subject to the agreements actually available.

3 · Now · 10–15 min

Value discovery

A targeted pre-analysis by trade: 2 or 3 improvement leads, a gain estimate with explicit assumptions. Never guaranteed savings.

4 · Soon · In development

Productivity optimization

In-depth diagnosis, review of methods, consumables, tooling, installation sequences, trials with suppliers, a measurable plan. Not yet on sale.

Three trades, three example leads

What we look at, trade by trade.

Examples of what a pre-analysis examines. None of these leads is interchangeable without checking listings, manufacturer instructions, jobsite requirements and applicable codes.

Firestopping and interior systems

Current method: sealing in place, piece by piece. Lead to validate: preformed solutions for listed assemblies. What we measure: minutes per installation, annual volume, extra cost per unit, training.

Roofing

Current method: accessories and details assembled on the roof. Lead to validate: compatible pre-applied membrane accessories. What we measure: time per detail, rework, weather dependency, component cost.

General contractors

Current method: components assembled on site. Lead to validate: fastening systems or pre-assembled components. What we measure: labour hours, sequences, waste, delivery coordination.

Hypothetical scenario · Your numbers, not ours

What is the time saved on a repetitive task worth?

The pre-filled values are an illustrative example, not a measurement. Replace them with yours. The result is theoretical freed capacity, not a commercial promise or a demonstrated product performance.

Units per year—
Recoverable hours—
Value of freed capacity—
Extra costs (product + other)—
Theoretical net gain per year—

Formulas: hours = units × minutes ÷ 60; value = hours × hourly cost; net gain = value + purchasing savings − extra product cost − implementation costs. Freed capacity is a cash saving only if those hours are actually reassigned or removed.

Technical watch · In development

The innovations useful to your trade, not a catalogue.

Over time, MOD filters new products by trade and gets them tried: field demonstrations, trials with manufacturers and dealers, short webinars. None of this is launched yet; we say so.

The rule doesn't change: a solution must be right for the jobsite, not simply more profitable for MOD. Commissions remain agreed with dealers and explained.

What we don't do

No exhaustive free audit. No guaranteed savings. No technical recommendation without checking listings and manufacturer instructions.

No partnership, certification or testimonial is shown until it is real.

Express diagnosis · 10 to 15 minutes

Tell us your trade and your current method. We call you back with 2 or 3 leads.

Five fields. A conversation, not an audit. No fees, no commitment.

By submitting this form, you consent to MOD using your information to prepare and offer this conversation, in accordance with our privacy policy. Your jobsite information is not shared with any supplier without your consent.

Next: we call you to set up 10–15 minutes. You leave with 2 or 3 leads and the assumptions behind them.
